People @ Work

Stories and photos
change hearts and minds.

Through our People @ Work program, we conduct empathetic interviews with social sector, essential, and frontline workers to understand their human experiences and aspirations. We ask questions like "What brings you joy?" and "What would you like the general public to know about your work?" These stories, paired with portraits, showcase the humanity behind everyday work. By amplifying these voices, we aim to increase awareness of workplace mental health and inspire a world where all workers are valued as whole people.

Share Your Story

We are actively seeking new perspectives to feature. If you would like to share your workplace story, we'd love to hear from you. We also partner with organizations to showcase their employees' experiences through meaningful storytelling series. Whether you're an individual with a story to tell or an organization interested in a media partnership to celebrate your people-first work culture, let's connect!
